How do you safely stick your head above the parapet when every decent retailer is also selling FIFA 23? You create the game in real life...
In a never-seen-before content type, we used Thogden and SV2 as our gamers to recreate a game of FIFA 23, where they directed their teams using a headset and verbal instruction.
Because the FIFA franchise was so recognisable to many, the greatest challenge laid in making sure we were as accurate as possible in our recreation. From camera angles to on screen graphics, my role was to balance entertaining content styles with creative impetus to ensure the partnership’s success.
Amassing over 1m views across the campaign, it drove a 12% increase of site visits direct from content. I’d say that’s a success.
